monday.com
A visual work management platform that brings tasks, projects, CRM, and operations together in a single panel
monday.com is a flexible SaaS product designed for teams that want to manage different workflows — from task tracking to CRM, from development processes to human resources — on the same visual platform. It is used by more than 200,000 companies.
Most teams split their work tracking across different apps: Trello for projects, Salesforce for CRM, Jira for requests, Drive for files. Constant context-switching and data silos hurt productivity. monday.com brings these different structures together on the same configurable data model.
The same data set can be viewed as a table, a Kanban board, a calendar, a timeline (Gantt chart), a map, a chart, and more. A marketing manager might prefer the calendar view while a developer works in Kanban — it's the same underlying data either way.
More than 200 ready-made automations are available, such as sending a Slack message when a status changes to Done, notifying the owner as a deadline approaches, or creating a new row and making an assignment when a form is submitted. They're set up without writing any code.
monday.com has built-in integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive, GitHub, Salesforce, HubSpot, and more than 70 other services. Custom integrations can also be built through webhooks and an open API.
Customizable dashboard widgets pull data together across multiple boards, covering budget tracking, capacity, task distribution, and time measurement.
More than 35 column types are available — status, person, date, number, formula, file, voting, rating — letting every team build boards tailored to its own way of working.
It's used by software teams for sprint planning, marketing agencies for campaign tracking, sales teams for CRM, HR for recruitment, and construction and operations teams for project management. Alongside brands like Coca-Cola, Hulu, Uber, and the NHL, it's also used by software and consulting firms in Turkey.
Pricing is per user per month, with three main plans (Basic, Standard, Pro) and an Enterprise option for larger organizations. A 14-day free trial is available, along with a free plan for teams of up to two people. The web, iOS, and Android apps are all fully featured.
