EZOfficeInventory

EZOfficeInventory is a fixed-asset and asset management platform that has been in development since 2011 and today forms the cornerstone of the EZO product family. It lets teams of every scale, from organizations with a few hundred employees to global operations, track thousands of assets across their offices, field sites, labs, and warehouses from a single center.

Asset tracking run through spreadsheets and Excel files breaks down past a certain scale — assigned equipment gets lost, maintenance gets skipped, depreciation calculations come out wrong. EZOfficeInventory was designed to run the entire asset lifecycle, from purchase to disposal, on a standard platform.

Digital tracking with a physical identity assigns a barcode, QR code, or RFID tag to every asset, letting field staff check items in and out from their phones in seconds — a single scan answers the question of who took which device, where, and when. Maintenance and work order management is handled by the CMMS module, which offers preventive maintenance schedules, periodic service reminders, and a built-in work order structure for fault reporting; maintenance costs are reported per asset, making total cost of ownership clearly visible. Depreciation and finance integration applies automatic depreciation schedules to fixed assets, with monthly and yearly reports exportable to accounting software, eliminating the manual calculation burden during tax periods. Flexible permissions and multi-location support let role-based access be configured by department and location, so offices across multiple cities or countries can be managed from a single account with separate reports generated for each location.

Construction companies use the platform for tools and cranes in the field; universities use it for lab equipment and student-assigned devices; hospitals use it for medical device calibration records; and media companies use it to manage cameras, lenses, and audio equipment. Computer, monitor, phone, and license management for IT departments is a use case in its own right.

EZOfficeInventory is sold as a monthly subscription under a SaaS model, with a free trial offered. It is fully cloud-based, accessible via browser and iOS/Android mobile apps. A Turkish interface is not currently available; more than 15 languages are supported, including English.
